We recommend contacting Divadeo at least 3 to 6 months before your event in Japan. Major expos—especially in Tokyo, and Osaka —have strict application deadlines and limited booth space availability. Unlike the US and EU it is often not possible to get a space with less than 3 months of notice. Early planning allows for the best location, creative flexibility, and flawless execution.

Typical turn around is 1 week for a rough estimate and 2 weeks for a detailed cost breakdown.
